Our 36' Back-In Pads are located near Newport, Highway-101 has easy access to the entire Oregon Coast and the activities available along the Pacific Ocean.

**First and Last months rent moves you in, there is a $50.00 application fee for those will be signing the lease and $30.00 application fee for those that are 18+ and will be residing inside the park.

** Tenants are responsible for water, water, sewer, and electrical usage within the community. Additionally, there are community dumpsters located around the park available for use free of charge.

** Please make sure your Trailer/RV does not exceed 36ft in length.

Which utilities are tenants responsible for?

All tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and electrical usage within the community. Additionally, there are community dumpsters located around the park available for use free of charge.

What is your 24/7 on-call emergency number?

For all immediate life threatening emergencies, you should always call 911. However if you have any issues at the park that require immediate attention, please call 360-546-3341

What if I have to cancel my move-in?

If you need to cancel your move-in please let us know right away. Your application fee is non-refundable, however there are no other charges given for cancelling.
